But who am I?
My name is Irantzu, but everyone knows me as Iran – yes, like the country. I’m a UX/UI Designer, but in my spare time I try to find time to keep drawing, painting or creating new stones. I love to be active and creativity, along with sports, is one of my biggest driving forces.
I created this little corner to show a bit of what I do, to have it – I don’t deny it! – also a little bit organized and so that if someone likes my style, they can count on me for any idea they may have. Welcome to my little corner!
5 (+1) things about me
- My first drawings, I’m sorry for my mother, were in part of the encyclopedia that was in my house. You can still contemplate the works today!
- When I was 10 years old I entered a drawing contest… and no, I didn’t win. But I had a great time and it made a big difference in deciding what path to follow in my life.
- When I was 17 years old I was not interested in religion class at school and I basically dedicated myself to drawing. My teacher and I came to an agreement: at the end of the year I gave him a drawing of the facade of the cathedral of Salamanca.
- I had everything I needed to study Architecture, the grades, the mathematics and the necessary drawing. I decided for Arts following my heart.
- Life has made me move away and come back to drawing a few times during the last years. In 2022 I regained – with fear at first – the hand to do it. I will never give it up again.
- Yes, I love coffee and drawing while having one quietly in any coffee shop. That’s why you will see more than one picture of coffee and drawings together with me!
