Sometimes I have special requests that make the creativity multiply. These small projects are simply wonderful, because of all that is involved: making what they ask for a reality, making it look good and the challenge that all this implies. The best part? All the way through and all the heart I put into each one of them!

How do I paint the stones?
Patience, desire and fun. And yes, a good stone painting kit helps a lot!
I use a basic kit with dots of different sizes and base sticks of different thicknesses. Knowing the type of stones I am going to use and the design I have in mind or have been asked for, I just prepare the stone, draw a little bit in pencil and start painting dot by dot or brushstroke by brushstroke.
As painting materials I use mainly acrylics, on special occasions oil paints and all of them are protected with a special varnish against water.
What stone materials do I use?
Plaster stones
Created with a mold and plaster, they are much lighter. The surface is very smooth, perfect for making mandalas or more precise drawings.
Natural stones
Coming from the Cantabrian Sea, they are very different in surface and are heavier. Pre-cleaned, depending on the format and type of composition, they are great for family formats or for special names or drawings.
Special formats
Occasionally I may use wood canvases of different shapes or thickness for unique and custom projects.
